We have a passion for real estate. It’s a privilege to be able to have the experience of not only selling homes but working on them as well. To really get your hands dirty and be intimately involved in a project’s inception and see it through to completion offers a level of understanding about homes that many real estate professionals lack. For over 20 years in the States my colleague and I sold and worked on homes on the East Coast. When we are working on a home we are in our element. It’s where we are comfortable and it’s where we thrive because it’s what we enjoy. Our decades in the industry have given us a keen eye for detail and a thorough education on all aspects of home construction and remodeling. Because we’ve been around the block, all we need is a bit of input and we are able to deliver your vision exactly as you see it. Our design team lived in the States and are able to brilliantly combine American and European aesthetics together which makes for an exhilarating design approach.

Home construction and renovation is truly Pedro’s realm. Some lose themselves in their work but it’s his work where Pedro finds his true calling. He is artful in his ideas and meticulous in his technique. You’ll only need to meet and speak with him once to know he is well-versed in his field and heart-felt in his approach. Throughout the decades he spent in the States, Pedro built a large following of clients, many very well known and high-end, who after their experiences with him were eager to refer him to friends and family. Now he’s been back to his home country applying all his knowledge and expertise while building a new following of American expats and others.

By being familiar with building/renovating practices here, we are able to complete our projects more quickly and efficiently. We offer solutions to challenges posed by antiquated design/construction and difficult layouts. And because we’ve seen and done it all, nothing will catch us off-guard and we look to ensure there are no surprises.

Throughout the years we have cultivated working relationships with local distributors of building materials as well as local trade professionals who all assist us in realizing our clients’ vision. Our collaboration with others creates a synergy that carries us to the successful completion of our clients’ projects.
