George grew up on the east coast and always dreamed of living near the ocean but Jersey just wasn’t cutting it. After over 20 years of experience in real estate and the home remodeling industry, George feels blessed for having been given the opportunity to improve his quality of life by moving to a new country.

By catering to the Portuguese speaking community back in the States, George was able to learn the language which has broadened his horizons and provided him with an exciting new life here in Portugal. He is now closer to his music and has a better opportunity to really enjoy his work. But really, George has a tough time calling what he does work and feels a great sense of duty and responsibility when operating as an advocate for his clients and fellow countrymen.

A Portuguese native, Pedro followed a family business to the States which became his education in home building/renovation as well as real estate investing. With an ability to quickly see the “big picture” and an instinct to create value, Pedro is the guy you know is truly on your side.

After providing him with a wonderful and fruitful life, Pedro feels immense honor to now be able to welcome the American people, with whom he shared many special moments, to his home country Portugal. Like the cobble-stone paths so common here, the different pieces of Pedro’s life’s journey seem to have led him back home, only to always be reminded of his time in the USA and all the wonderful people from there.

Pat `gbangs´Giles is the Co-Founder and Art Director for Gbangs Architectural Illustrations studio.

Originally from Australia, and like many Australians, Patrick has always had a natural curiosity and desire to wander. Patrick has had the pleasure of immersing himself in various cultures around the globe from Uluru to Korea Town. He currently lives in Central Portugal with his partner Filipa and their son Tiago. Patrick loves this region of Portugal. He believes it holds many opportunities to experience authentic moments that remind him of the truly desirable things in life.

Patrick has been working in commercial creative industries for 25 years. He has had the truly unique opportunity to experience collaboration and creativity in multiple fields such as music, film and theatre. He began his obsession with arc-viz about 8 years ago. Patrick studied Architectural Technology at Los Angeles Trade Tech, then went on to work in the Australian based Multi Award Winning Architectural practice MJA studio as the in-house visualiser.

The creative brief changes with every project. Understanding where he can inject value to the project is the cornerstone of his process.
Patrick likes to take the time to really understand what his clients want and why they want it. Typically, the images he creates are designed to move the viewer in some way encouraging the viewer to take a particular action.
